Phyllostachys kwangsiensis
Origin :China (Hunan, Guangxi).
CHARACTERISTICS : Upright growth habit. Tightly-packed culms light green turning yellowy-brown. White pruina on the nodes. The young culms are silky to the touch. Often compared to Phyllostachys edulis because of its appearance and the way it develops, despite that its leaves are longer.
