CHARACTERISTICS : Caespitose. Delicate stature. Leaves are growing one apart from the other on each side. Bright yellow thin culms striped with dark green.

Propagation : Clump division or culm cutting.
Needs : Avoid cold spots in winter. Inside or in veranda, provide sufficient light and hygrometry.
Uses : Low hedge, solitary clump, screen. Suitable for pots and jardinières.
Maintenance : Wrap straw around the clump to provide winter protection. For pots, provide a healthy and well-drained soil and fertilize twice a year.
